Course: Sales and Negotiation Skills

Skills Focus: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Pronunciation, Business English.

This program gives you the language to increase your sales confidence, deepen professional relationships and negotiate effectively. Its intention is to consolidate your Business English language skills while developing speaking, listening, reading and writing in the context of sales.

Throughout this Sales and Negotiation Skills program, we explore the vocabulary, language features, grammar and context of sales using Business English.

We do this by: 

• Incorporating your business’s products, services, features and benefits into our learning activities
• Exploring ways in which to build immediate rapport with clients (including developing skills in intercultural competence)
• Expanding vocabulary and using various types of conversation starters which lead to sales conversations, solution and value-based decision making
• Asking the right questions to identify competitor advantage
• Developing Speaking and Listening skills using role-plays
• Exploring the structure and dynamics of storytelling to support sales pitches
• Recording and videoing conversations and presentations and receiving teacher feedback.

Full program (10 hours – $1,000): Sales and Negotiation Skills contains 5 focus areas. Each focus area is designed to be delivered in 2 hour sessions. However, this timeframe is variable according to client’s needs.

Workshops: (2 hours – $200): Choose a topic and focus area that suits your goals.
